CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

4.3– Performing tasks unrelated to the job during working hours, including overtime.

4.5 – To carry out activities, work, consulting, or provide free or paid information to any competitor, business partner, client, or supplier without the prior approval of a superior and written authorization from the Legal Department.

4.6 – Receiving gifts, promotional items, courtesies, or favors that may interfere with the evaluation process or that may lead one to feel obligated to reciprocate in any way. Gifts, courtesies, or favors with a maximum value of R$ 50.00 will be tolerated, provided they are immediately reported to the supervisor.

4.7 – To solicit gifts, freebies, courtesies, or favors for oneself or others, or to conduct business for one’s own benefit or for people in one’s circle in the name of…TM Informática, Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda.

4.8 – Offering clients, suppliers, service providers, or potential clients, service providers, or persons related to them, benefits, gifts, advantages, or compensation that are contrary to this Code of Ethics and Conduct or contrary to the law.

4.9 – To promise, offer or give, directly or indirectly, an undue advantage to a public or private agent or to third parties related to them.
